Pikkol provides an online tool to calculate moving cost and place an order online. But, very few users place order online and majority of sales happens through offline follow-up. Hence, Pikkol needed high number of visitors to filled-up their contact information to increase its sales.

In its 07 steps process of calculating cost and placing order, contact information is collected and verified at step no. 03 and 04 respectively. We observed only 30% of users go to the step 01 and only 12% of total visitors go to step 04 i.e. contact verification.

  • We suggested to redesign the process and bring the contact information collection and verification from step no 03 and 04 to step no. 01 and 02.
  • We created a version of landing page with re-designed process.
