		<description>I completely agree with this. I bought a house last year and its almost in completion phase. But since I paid for the same and today&#039;s date, there has been very little or you can say negligible interaction with the builder. We (the people who bought a house in that apartment) formed a Google Group where we can get updates about the progress from locals.

The builder is not interacting with the customers on a regular basis at all. Though am lucky that I bought it from one of the trusted builders in that city but then, as a customer I think that the &#039;customer satisfaction&#039; will multiply 100 times if the builder starts a dialog with his customers!!!
